SHULBATA

A special dish with a unique taste, specific to Druze cuisine, made from basic BIO ingredients (tomatoes, onions and bulgur) and seasoned with special spices. Slow cooking. It can be served as a main course or as a side dish/appetizer.

Prepared according to the traditional method, with original recipes and techniques and organic ingredients of the highest quality. All our preparations contain ONLY natural ingredients from reliable sources.
