Juicy lamb, following the authentic Druze recipe, slow-cooked in the oven on a bed of seasoned rice. Preparing the lamb (marinating) for this dish takes 48 hours. The lamb melts in your mouth and the seasoned rice complements the flavor of the meat exceptionally well.
Cooking lamb is an art, succeeding through traditional techniques, which requires a lot of patience and skill, a juicy texture and a unique taste, even for those who are not lovers of lamb meat.
