KOFTA B'TAHINA

An original dish, made from a juicy mixture of minced meat, seasoned according to the authentic Druze recipe, slowly cooked in a light tahini paste sauce obtained exclusively from sesame. It is served with rice, salad and traditional pita.

Cooked in a traditional method, using original recipes and techniques and ingredients from organic sources of the highest quality. All our preparations contain EXCLUSIVELY natural ingredients from reliable sources.
