BABAGANOUSH 

A classic dish, but with a unique taste, specific to Druze cuisine. It can be served as a main dish, as a side dish or as an appetizer due to its ingredients full of vitamins and nutrients. Eggplants baked on a charcoal grill bring a special flavor, together with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and specific spices.
